September and October saw one of the LMGA's newest Business Partners, Brandi Veil of The Event Division, coordinating two parties for LMGA members and the Location Professional community.

The first mixer, and site of the LMGA Biannual Meeting, was at the exclusive restaurant and lounge, Blowfish Sushi in West Hollywood. Attendees nibbled on sushi treats while viewing "Urban Landscapes", a photo presentation by guest speaker architectural photographer Kelvin Jones. Looking for a hip, futuristic lounge? Blowfish is the place with its modern Tokyo design.

In October, the LMGA had its annual pre COLA celebration at Montmartre Lounge in Hollywood, also organized by Brandi Veil of The Event Division. Inside and out Location Professionals mingled and partied. Hors d'ouevres and cocktails were aplenty and as an added attraction the venue was able to project Orin Kennedy's Ambassador Slideshow on a pair of glass doors separating the bar from the main club. Those who chose to stay past the LMGA mixer hours were treated to a fashion show and dancing. This impressive location offers many looks: bar, nightclub, restaurant(s), loft and art gallery plus an outdoor second floor patio. Bravo Brandi.
